CBS
Films has announced that they will be moving their
romantic-fantasy Beastly's release date from
July 30 of this year to March 18 of next year. CBS
Films has had rather dismal returns this year,
releasing two movies, The Back Up Plan and Extraordinary
Measure, which have had far from stellar results
at the box office. This leaves CBS Films with only one
movie, a thriller entitled Faster starring
Billy Bob Thorton and Dwayne Johnson, with a planned
release date in 2010. |

On
Tuesday, a second arrest warrant has been put out on actress
Lindsay Lohan after her alcohol-monitoring bracelet was set
off. An earlier warrant was issued when Lohan failed to
appear in court after claiming she was stuck in France after
her passport was allegedly stolen. The warrant was ended
when Lohan appeared in court and posted an upped bail. The
actress, who was fitted for the SCRAM device last month in a
probation case following two DUI convictions, has denied any
wrongdoings in a series of Tweets. A hearing is set for next
month. |
